Now in it's 7th year, the TranscenDANCE Summer Intensive program is geared toward students who have strong technical training and want to take their craft to the next level. TranscenDANCE is open to dancers ages 9 and older, particularly those who display talent, maturity, and meet technical requirements in order to participate. Dancers will attend daily ballet and supplementary somatics classes, which will prepare them to spend the day with two selected choreographers. Dancers will work with choreographers to create original works, which will be shared in a showing at the conclusion of the two-week intensive.
