Questions? – We are always happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your dancer and/or our programs. Let us know if we can help you in any way!
Withdrawal/Cancellations
A 2 week written notice must be sent to eldcaccounting@gmail.com and the studio must be notified in person to discontinue any payments.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, a message will be left of the studio answering machine. It will also be posted on WSB-TV and on the website. An email will be sent as well. Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings as roads are often cleared by the time studio classes begin. Any cancelled classes may be made up on your own time from our regular schedule of classes.
Costume Orders
All classes will have a costume.
Recital costumes must be paid in full no later than January 15th. Costumes will not be ordered unless payment is received in full. All costume payments are non-refundable.
The students will be measured for costumes in November and they will be delivered between April & May.
All costumes must signed out by a parent.
Recitals
Every year we have a Christmas Demonstration show in December to allow the dancers to give the parents a glimpse of what they have learned during the 1st half of the year.
At the end of the dance season in June, we put on our fully-staged, professional Spring Recital at the Henry County Performing Arts Center.
Our priority is to prepare your children for the performance experience of a lifetime!
